Lex's of Carytown

I had a great experience stopping in here on a whim on a Sunday and walking away just over an hour later with my wedding dress! I knew I didn't want a traditional white dress, so I was very excited to find tons of colorful, sparkly, and iridescent styles! The consultant Meghan was totally on board with my vision and very helpful throughout. She pulled lots of fun, good options in addition to the ones my friends and I grabbed, and we didn't have any complaints at all about the experience! I bought a gorgeous dress and had a great time trying on others! (Pic of a dress I didn't buy)

Lex’s was just incredible. I went wedding dress shopping there first and I went to a few different shops after, but nothing was like the experience I had at Lex’s. The staff, particularly Hannah were so attentive, any time I need to be zipped up or unzipped she was right there. All of her compliments were so genuine and she was just so kind; she also only recommended dresses in my price range and that she really felt I would like, because she listened so well to what kind of stuff I was looking for in a dress. The dress that I fell in love with and ended up choosing didn’t end up being in my size in the store, but she suggested finding another dress by the same designer in my size to see how it would fit, which was such a great idea. My entire experience there was just so phenomenal. They really do care about their customers and they have a fantastic selection at their store and they will order for you if they don’t have the dress you want in their size. I highly recommend stopping by or making an appointment.

A beautiful experience for my daughter finding her perfect wedding dress. We didn't have an appointment (she was just there to pick up a dress for a friend's wedding) but she was able to try on a dress from the sales rack that caught her eye. Then it turned into a full on session. All of the ladies there were so helpful, attentive, and made our experience so pleasant. They didn't rush her at all and waited while other important people showed up to see my daughter in her final picks (since this wasn't planned). We ended up in the right place, at the right time for the perfect dress!

Bought these shoes from Lexs of Carytown for my granddaughter’s homecoming dance. She was on the homecoming court and the heel broke during the event. She had not worn them for even two hours. They were not abused. Being a teen and during a special event she was embarrassed. Really put a damper on a special evening for her. Contacted Amanda at the store and I requested an exchange instead of a refund. I thought that would be the better option for the store. This is Amanda’s reply “Hi Virginia, Thank you for your email, unfortunately we do not have a size 9 of this style in stock. We're more than happy to let you know when we do reorder them and offer you 50% off a replacement pair. Alternatively it's possible they can be repaired, Mitchems Shoe Repair in Carytown is a local recommendation we can refer you to if you are interested, just let us know.” I think when you buy merchandise and it from a business such as Lexs and it is clearly defective merchandise that you should be offered a replacement at no cost. There should be no hesitation. Quite a disappointment. Lesson learned. Will not use this business again. Customer service and customer satisfaction should always be number one.

Rude people my wedding coordinator stop by to check out there dresses and they way the person responded to her as if they didn’t want our business. So thank you coordinator because I won’t step foot in there shop period Response: She wasn’t asking for a partnership she looking for nice place for me to find a dress that doesn’t give your person the reason to be rude
